To make Dancei work, we collect: (a) your email and password (encrypted) for your account; (b) the photos and videos you upload to generate dances; (c) the generated videos; (d) your credit and purchase history; (e) basic technical usage data.
Your photos and videos are used exclusively to generate the video you requested. To do that, they are processed by partner AI providers (Replicate, which runs Kuaishou's Kling model) — files are sent to those providers only during generation. We never use your images to train models or for any other purpose.
Your files are kept in private storage (Supabase) — only you can access them. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store card details.
Only upload photos and videos of people who authorized their use. Using Dancei to embarrass, deceive or harm anyone, or to create illegal content, is strictly prohibited.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete my account. That permanently erases your profile, files, videos and history. For other requests about your data (including under GDPR, CCPA or LGPD), get in touch.
